For over forty years Tulsa has trusted Optique Professional Eye Care to provide superior optometry services to themselves and their families. We want to be your eye doctor Tulsa. Four distinguished Doctors of Optometry have provided this care starting with Dr. Rogers Senior who was succeeded by his son, who have his career cut short by a tragic accident. Dr. Rahme-Fairchild carried on care for the patients of Optique. Dr. Ozment Joined her in 2014.

Dr. Matthew Ozment, O.D., Dipl ABO

Matthew Ozment, Optometrist TulsaA true native Oklahoman he was a graduate of Bixby High School in 1993. He received his BA in Chemistry from Northeastern State University in 1998. Dr. Ozment attended The University Of Missouri St. Louis College of Optometry where he received his doctorate in 2002. He completed a residency in ocular disease with Britton Vision Associates (BVA) and Northeaster State University College of Optometry in 2003. During his residency he handled glaucoma, cataracts, pediatrics, diabetic eye disease and new refractive surgical techniques such as the intraocular contact lens implants (ICL).

Dr. Ozment is Board Certified Diplomate with American Board of Optometry and the Board of Examiners of Optometry. Dr. Ozment has served on the Optometric Board of Directors for the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians (OAOP) and served on the Legislative Committee for the OAOP. He founded Tecumseh Eye Clinic in 2003 and Harrah Eye Clinic in 2005 both of which he transitioned to other providers in 2013 in order to relocate to Tulsa and Broken Arrow.

Along with practicing Primary Eye Care, Dr. Ozment has extensive experience with special needs children and he specializes in ocular disease diagnosis and management.
Dr. Ozment is married 18 years to Jessica and they have four girls. He moved back to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma with his family and opened his new practice BA Eye Site in 2013. Dr. Ozment is glad to be back closer to family and friends and serving his community. He would love to visit with you about your eye care needs.


Victoria A Rahme Fairchild, O.D.

Optometrist TulsaDr. Fairchild was born in Ponca City, Oklahoma to George & Sheila Rahme. She has two sisters: Ginny, Stillwater, OK and Dawn, Oklahoma City, OK. She attended Tulsa University and Oklahoma State University to earn her B.S. in Speech Pathology.

Dr. Fairchild graduated with honors from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee in May 2000. She then chose to further her education by working with John Reifschneider, D.O.; an ophthalmologist in Leavenworth, Kansas. While working for Dr. Reifschneider, she was exposed to the medical aspects of optometry. She observed numerous LASIK procedures, retinal pathologies, cataract surgeries, and glaucoma treatments. Dr. Rahme also practiced primary care optometry by fitting glasses and contact lenses and performing routine diabetic, glaucoma, and cataract evaluations.

Wanting to return to her Oklahoma roots, Dr. Fairchild settled in Tulsa in late 2001. Upon her return, she covered Dr. Greg Brownlee’s optometry practice during his extended sick leave.

In the summer of 2002, Dr. Fairchild purchased Dr. Joe L. Rogers’ optometry practice, now known as Optique Professional Eye Care, PLLC.

Dr. Fairchild utilizes some of the latest technological tools available in the field to provide her patients with thorough visual and medical examinations. Optique offers spectacle, contact lens, diabetic, glaucoma, and cataract evaluations as well as the latest trends in eye glasses and contact lenses.  Dr. Fairchld knows her patients and treats each one of them as she would treat her family.
